Questions before you book?

What should I wear?+

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.

What is an internal assessment?+

An internal pelvic floor exam is a gentle physical therapy evaluation of the deep muscles inside the pelvis. It involves a trained specialist using a gloved, lubricated finger to check muscle tone, strength, tightness, and tenderness through the vaginal or rectal wall. It does not use metal speculums or stirrups.
